3600 7th Court South, Birmingham AL 335222Join us for one, or all four, mornings filled with music, movement, and more! 3rd through 6th graders are invited to come play fun opera based games and activities with Miss Emily. This is a great opportunity for a child who is interested in music to meet new friends and gain confidence as a performer. A snack will be provided, and everyone will receive a Take Home Tips packet full of opera info! The length of the workshop is 2 hours.

Emily Scott
Music Educator | Soprano
Soprano Emily Scott is active throughout the greater Birmingham area. She holds a Bachelors and Masters in Music Education from Samford University. Previously, Emily has been seen as Dew Fairy in Hänsel und Gretel, Serpina in La serva padrona, Kate in The Pirates of Penzance, and Stepmother in Into the Woods. Emily currently serves as the Education Coordinator for Opera Birmingham, and is an active soloist at Meadow Brook Baptist Church.
